In-person registration
Bring a copy of the candidate’s ID card, the examination fee and the completed examination form to “3/F, 545 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, KLN, HK” in the office hours (Mon to Sat 11:00-20:00). the exam form could be downloaded in “download application form” section
Mail registration
Candidates should send a copy of the ID card and the completed examination form. The examination fee should be paid in the form of a check (check payable to: Hong Kong Teaching Resource Center) and mailed to “3/F, 545 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, KLN, HK” the exam form could be downloaded in “download application form” section
- The examination is comprised of 3 parts: painting evaluation, written evaluation, and portfolio evaluation After applying for the exam, all candidates have an account on the exam website Candidates are required to upload the portfolio on the examination website from 1st October to 1st November 1st. For more details, please refer to “Examination” section.
- The Admission Ticket will be issued to applicants two weeks before the examination date by email and the links to download notes and regulations regarding the examination will also be provided. Candidates are required to bring along a printed copy of the Admission Ticket to the examination venue for identification verification. If applicants have not received the Admission Tickets a week before the examination date, they should contact the HKEAA immediately.
- Painting evaluation and Written evaluation will be held in 11 Nov 2023. Examination will be held in the HKEAA San Po Kong Assessment Centre or school hall/classroom. The Admission Ticket will include the details of the examination venue.
- Examination result will be issued within two months after the examination. Examination certificate will be sent by post two months after the issue of examination result. Notices regarding the mailing of certificates will be posted on this webpage.
