- Examination result will be issued within two months after the examination. Examination certificate will be sent by post two months after the issue of examination result. Notices regarding the mailing of certificates will be posted on this webpage.
- Applicants who have not received their candidates’ certificates should contact the HKEAA. Uncollected certificates will be returned to the Hong Kong Teaching Resources Center five months after the issue of certificates without further notification.
- Certificates for candidates who passed the examination will be posted to applicants after the examination. Applicants should immediately inform the HKEAA in writing together with a copy of candidates' Admission Tickets if their correspondence address or contact number have been changed during this period. (Email: ie@hkeaa.edu.hk; Address: 3/F, 17 Tseuk Luk Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon).
